Hello everyone. Welcome to this session where we will be discussing the Pricelabs Review Prices page in detail. We will be covering the meaning of each feature and how to effectively use them to manage your listings.
The calendar is the centerpiece of the Review Prices page. Here you will see the prices of your listings displayed. Hovering your mouse over the price reveals a tooltip, which breaks down how we arrived at that specific pricing for the day. You'll also notice a variety of colors and labels which we will explain in detail.
Past Dates: Indicated by a simple white block.
Unavailable Dates: Gray signifies it's unavailable, either blocked by the owner or already booked by a guest.
Demand-Based Colors:
Light Green: Low demand
Darker Green: Normal demand
Light Blue: Good demand
Dark Blue: High demand
If you click on the gear icon and select the high contrast color mode, you will see a variety of vibrant colors:
Orange: Low demand
Yellow: Normal demand
Green: Good demand
Blue: High demand
Moon Icon: Indicates the minimum stay for a specific date. For example, January 2nd with a moon icon and number four means a minimum stay of four nights.
Booked Icon: Represented by a person lying down, signifies that the date is booked.
Key Icon: Displayed on the check-in date or the start date of the guest's stay.
Bed Icon: Seen on booked dates that are not check-in days.
Account Group Overrides:
Letter A inside a black circle: Account override
Letter EG: Group override
Check-In/Out Restrictions:
Crossed-out key icon: Check-in not allowed
Crossed-out forward arrow icon: Check-out not permitted
Red Warning Icon: Signifies unbookable dates, often due to available nights being shorter than the minimum stay requirement.
The calendar also displays the event or holiday name, if applicable, for a specific date. This feature is optional and can be accessed via the gear icon. Ensure that the Events and Holidays option is enabled.
You can navigate between months by scrolling up or down, or by clicking on the drop-down menu. This menu also displays the time frame for which your listings are priced.
In the calendar, you have the option to view by month or year. The yearly view can be particularly helpful when assessing your general availability for bookings.
Please stay tuned to watch the second part of this video where we cover the rest of the amazing features on this page.
