Pricing Dashboard Overview

Hello everyone, today we will discuss the Pricing Dashboard page and how to effectively utilize it for managing your listings.

Starting from the left side of the page, you'll notice the page's title, Pricing Dashboard. Just below the title, you'll find a handy search bar. This tool becomes essential when managing multiple listings, especially when the numbers exceed 10 or 20. If you're searching for a specific listing, you can use the listing ID, the listing name, the city where the listing is located, or even tags if you have set any. This search bar allows you to easily locate specific listings without scrolling through a long list.

Listing Table

  • Listing Information: Includes the listing name, PMS or channel, and listing ID. Hovering over this information reveals a black box with detailed info and an option to copy the listing ID. Clicking the arrow takes you to the listing page on your PMS.

  • Parent and Child Listings: Mapped listings are identified with labels. Parent listings have a "parent" label, while child listings have a "child" label and are slightly indented.

  • Calendar Column: Contains the "Review Prices" button, directing you to the Review Prices page.

  • Tags Column: Useful for internal coding to quickly identify specific groups of listings.

  • Sync Price Column: Gray toggle indicates not syncing, green toggle indicates syncing, with the last sync time displayed below.

  • Group and Subgroup Columns: Useful for grouping listings and assigning customizations.

  • Pricing Columns: Displays minimum, base, and maximum prices for each listing. If no data is available, "Not Set" status is shown. Price nudges suggest changes to minimum or base prices.

  • Bedroom Count and City: Information is taken from the listing coordinates imported from your platform.

  • Performance Metrics: Determined by parameters chosen in the "Add Metrics" button.

  • Add Listing Button: Allows you to add more listings or reconnect your listing/platform to Pricelabs.

  • Help Button: Provides a detailed article on utilizing the page.

  • Add Column Button: Displays all visible columns, allowing you to hide or show them as needed.

  • Quick Filter Button: Options to show all listings, filter by PMS, or navigate to saved filters.

  • Listing Filter Button: Allows filtering based on specific criteria, with options to save and update filters.

  • Add Metrics Button: Add metrics to track and monitor performance.
