Review Prices Page Overview

We've covered the calendar and the tooltip. Now, let's move on to the rest of the Review Prices page.

Upper Left-Hand Section

• Back Arrow Button: Takes you back to the Pricing Dashboard.

• Listing Name: Displays the complete name of the listing.

• Drop-Down Menu: Allows you to navigate between all the listings on your account.

• Details: Shows the bedroom count and the city where your listing is located.

• Listing Page Link: Directs you to the page of this listing and indicates the PMS from which it was imported.

Configure Prices Section

• Currency: Displays the currency of the listing.

• Price Entry Box: Enter your minimum, base, and maximum prices.

• Help Me Choose a Base Price: Provides guidance in setting your base price.

• Save and Refresh Button: Click to apply changes to your calendar.

• Last Refreshed: Shows when the listing was last refreshed.

Applied Customization Section

• Show/Hide Customizations: Toggle to view or hide customizations.

• Edit Customizations Button: Opens a page to make changes to customizations.

Right Side of the Page

• Enable Pricing Toggle: Indicates if the listing is syncing (green) or not (gray).

• Sink Now Button: Manually sync your listings immediately.

• Navigation Buttons: Use Previous and Next buttons to navigate between listings.

• Help Article: Question mark button leads to an article on using the Review Prices page.

Calendar Settings

• Customization Options: Display or hide icons such as minimum stay nights, check-in/check-out restrictions, etc.

• Start Day of the Week: Choose which day your calendar starts on.

• Color Mode: Change to a high-contrast option.

• Download Prices: Click the designated button to download prices.

Listing Metrics and Notes

• Listing Metrics: Displayed based on your selections on the pricing dashboard.

• Notes Section: Add, edit, pin, or delete notes. Set reminders and view all notes.

Date Overrides

• Add Date Specific Override: Change the price for a specific date.

• View Overrides: See listing level, subgroup level, group level, and account level overrides.

Events and Holidays

• Report Event/Holiday: Add start and end date, name, impact level, and feedback.

• View Tracked Events: Display all tracked events, holidays, and high-demand dates.

Base Price History

• Base Price History: View all base prices set for the listing.

Group Customizations

• Group/Subgroup Assignment: Change group or subgroup assignments for the listing.
